The credit card payment option is available for the 41 fee-based forms processed at USCIS Lockbox facilities. Applicants may pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover by completing Form G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transaction (PDF, 260 KB).
The completed G-1450 is placed on top of the filing sent to USCIS. USCIS will enter credit card data into the Pay.gov system for payment and then destroy the Form G-1450 to protect the credit card information.
