DHS Appeals District Court’s Order to Continue DACA Extensions
UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY and KIRSTJEN M. NIELSEN, in her official capacity as the Secretary of Homeland Security filed a notice of appeal to the Ninth Circuit seeking review of the district court’s 1/9/18 order directing DHS to partially maintain the DACA program.
