I-829 update
The latest edition I-829, Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove Conditions on Permanent Resident Status is dated 04/21/17. Starting 07/24/2017, USCIS will only accept the 04/21/17 edition. Until then, you may use the older 05/07/15 edition. of $1 million (or $500,000 in a hi USCIS administers the EB-5 Program.
