H1B1 Change of Employer

Based on our communications with the U.S. Embassy Singapore the US Consul is advising applicants to apply for new H-1B1 visa if there is a change in employer.  The U.S. Embassy Singapore has available appointments for work visa applicants, including H-1B1s. H1B1s may renew their visas through interview waiver process if they establish eligibility for the interview waiver.
