 H-1B NumbersMEMORANDUM TO: All Interested Parties As you know, I am a member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association (AILA). This year, the H-1B numbers were all used by May 26, 2006. If the trend continues, all of the numbers will be used by the very first part of April 2007 for the fiscal year beginning 2007. While April is still 7 months away and next October is over a year away, AILA has concluded that we need to get moving now if we are going to get Congress's attention.
