CAMILIA A. CHOW, Senior Associate Attorney at Litwin & Associates, has been with the firm since June 1997. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1989, with double majors in Economics and International Relations. Ms. Chow obtained her law degree from Boston University School of Law in 1992. She has been a member of the California State Bar since 1992, and has been admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the U.S. District Court (Northern and Eastern Districts) and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth District. During law school, Ms. Chow completed a summer internship at Wasserman, Mancini & Chang, an immigration law firm in Washington, D.C., as well as a one-year internship in the legal department of Digital Equipment Corporation. From 1992 to 1994, Ms. Chow practiced commercial and civil litigation. From 1995 to 1997 she worked in Hong Kong, managing litigation and handling general corporate matters for a large multinational corporation. Since joining the firm in 1997, Ms. Chow has specialized in employment-based immigration, handling labor certifications, outstanding researcher petitions, multinational manager petitions, extraordinary ability petitions, national interest waivers, H-1B petitions, L-1 petitions, O-1 petitions and TN applications.
