• H1B Change of employer petition receipted within 60 days of cessation of employment with prior employer within I-94 validity;
• H1B Change of employer petition approved within I-94 validity of employment with prior employer;
• H1B Change of employer petition receipted within I-94 validity of employment with prior employer;
• H1B New employment petition approved after cessation of employment with the prior employer after I-94 validity before 180 days of unlawful presence;
