I-551 stamp after I-751 waiver denied, can I travel?

MY I-751 WAIVER WAS DENIED, I NEVER GOT AN NTA, I NEED TO TRAVEL ABROAD SO I WENT TO THE USCIS WITH AN INFO PASS AND GOT A I-551 STAMP ON MY PASSPORT. WHAT ARE THE CHANCES THAT I WILL NOT BE GRANTED RE-ENTRY
