USCIS Resumes Premium Processing for all H-1B Visa Petitions

October 3, 2017, USCIS has resumed premium processing for all types of H-1B petitions. H-1B Cap Petitions and H-1B Exempt Petitions previously had premium processing reinstated. This resumption of Premium Processing applies to all H-1B visa extension of stay petitions.

USCIS's premium processing service guarantees a 15-calendar day processing time. If that time is not met, the agency will refund the petitioner's premium processing service fee and continue with expedited processing of the application.

The H-1B visa is one of the most coveted non-immigrant visas

H-1B visas provide skilled workers for a wide range of specialty occupations, including information technology, engineering, and mathematics. Qualified non-immigrant professionals holding bachelors or higher college degrees may qualify for an H-1B visa. We assist professionals such as engineers, accountants, architects, and teachers (and their U.S. employers) in fulfilling the requirements for a temporary professional H-1 visa.
